A Note From Ryan
In 2020 in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, I decided to take the dive and open my own practice. My practice is driven by the motto “service over self”. I have established three principles to help my business live by this motto:
The first principle, Reliability, means that I want my clients to know they can depend on me to provide them with thoughtful and thorough advice, to be available on call for them, and to also be honest with them. If I do not know the answer, I tell my client. I also tell my clients not what they want to hear but what is the legal reality. I also focus on creating solutions for my clients, not creating problems.
The second principle, Accessibility, means that my clients can reach me. Clients should have the ability to speak to their lawyer, not just the lawyer’s assistant or voicemail. Sure, there are items that an assistant can handle, such as booking appointments, but my clients should know that I am always their first point of contact. For the prices of legal services today, clients should know that they can reach their lawyer when they need him most.
The third principle, Personality, means that I treat people with respect and as an equal. My law practice centres on making sure my clients understand completely what they are doing and understand the risks in their decisions. If you are concerned about accommodations due to illness, disability, or any other reason, I am happy to discuss those with you.
I look forward to serving you
